Refund Policy

Digital media purchases are generally final once access is granted or content is delivered. We review duplicate payments, failed delivery, technical access issues, and billing errors.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider, card network, and issuing bank.

To request help, email support@securecontentpay.com with your order reference, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
